School Philosophy
Piccolo Nido Creative Arts Preschool is a child-centered program committed to helping each child develop emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. We take inspiration from the Reggio Emilia philosophy which regards children as protagonists or important co-constructor of their learning. We believe that play is a fundamental activity of childhood and thus, a central part of our program. Creative arts, which is at the foreground of our educational philosophy, is a significant tool we use to facilitate children’s understanding of themselves and the world around them.
